Does my subscription automatically renew?
According to our Terms & Conditions, which you agreed to when signing up for Brain AI services, all subscriptions
automatically renew until canceled. During the sign-up process, we clearly outlined both the trial price ($0.99) and the
subscription rate that would take effect after the trial.
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, every subscription starts with a 7-day trial period at $0.99, which automatically
converts to your chosen subscription rate once the trial is over. Upon registration, we also sent you a welcome email
containing details about your subscription, which included:
- Your subscription options
- Duration of the trial period
- Subscription rate after the trial
According our Terms & Conditions, your subscription will renew automatically to ensure you maintain uninterrupted access
to all premium features. The renewal process includes:
- Automatic billing on your renewal date
- Renewal at your existing subscription rate
You can cancel your subscription through our mail - payment@brainai.health . To avoid any future charges, please make
sure to cancel before your renewal date. As mentioned in Terms & Conditions, there are no refunds for partial or unused
subscription periods after renewal.
